CastingMachiningMachined Parts

Iron castings and machining, under one roof.

Gray iron, ductile iron, steel and special alloys made to your drawing — from sand molding, melting, pouring and heat treatment to finished machined parts.

Since 1972

We started out making Oriental hand rotary oil pumps to raise the quality of Thai products. Today we cast and machine parts for manufacturers at home and abroad, with every step under one roof.

Common questions

Answers to what customers usually ask before we start.

01Which materials and grades do you produce?

Gray iron (FC150–FC300), ductile iron (FCD400–FCD700), high-chromium / Ni-Hard alloy iron, carbon steel, low-alloy steel and high-alloy steel (stainless, heat-resistant and manganese grades), to international standards or customer specifications. The full grade tables are on the Materials page.

02Do you also machine the castings?

Yes. We cast, heat-treat and machine in the same plant, and deliver ready-to-assemble parts, so there is no separate machine shop to manage.

03What do I need for a quotation?

A drawing (PDF, DWG, DXF or STEP), the material grade, order quantity and approximate weight. Send them through the quotation form on this site.

04How do you control quality?

We check carbon equivalent and chemistry before every pour, test Brinell hardness (HB) and inspect every part before delivery, so every part meets the standard.

05What is the minimum order?

It depends on the part. Send us your drawing or part details and we will confirm the minimum quantity and lead time.

Have a drawing? Send it for a quote.
